If I could give Alex 10 stars I would! He is an amazing, professional, competent, and responsive attorney. I needed to create a trust for my children since I own two businesses and didn't want them to have to go through probate upon my death. He handled everything smoothly and efficiently. He also helped me with some documents for my corporation and guided me when I dealt with my banker and my trust. On top of all this, he is a super nice guy, down to earth and just lovely to work with. I am very grateful for all his help so now I can rest knowing that my paperwork is all in the proper place.

I am so grateful to have found Alex and Binning Ripps LLP. He was referred to me by a friend when I was looking for assistance in registering a new LLC and drawing up an operating agreement. I had consulted with other lawyers prior and felt they had more interest in collecting a consultation fee than actually helping me with what I needed. Alex was the complete opposite. He met with me right away to discuss my needs and offer me a plan of action. Throughout the process, he was very diligent in making sure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. Beyond his professional skills and knowledge, I found him to be very honest, with a genuine interest in helping my business get off on the right foot. He even gave me some really great food recommendations, including where to find the best breakfast burritos in town :) I am very happy in my decision to hold out in finding the right lawyer for this job and I would not hesitate to reach out to Alex again for any future business needs.
