Brittany House

I had my Dad at Brittany house a few years ago for 1 night. Caregivers were rude and not well-trained. When I asked one to turn down the TV, as residents were having trouble hearing each other, he said couldn't because some residents liked it on loud. It was something like judge judy. activities were a joke. on a walk one of the caregivers told me to get out of the way. we took Dad out the next day.

It a warm and cozy place. It very intimate and they treat you like family. The staff are very nice and warm. Thank you for all that you do for our seniors.

My name Paul Hayes, and I want to give a shout out to the BRITTANY HOUSE !!! I'm a decorated disable MARINE combat veteran with many health issues. The Brittany house team was, has and continues great care of my mom! This place is not a death house! Always taking care of all patients and their needs...this place is Great ! On top of that getting started, coping, the paperwork, medical calls (as in dealing with hospitals, even well being of my mom calls) and financial responsibilities. Colleen and Stephanie are there to help. The nurses are outstanding, it's difficult sometimes, but they all stay nice and work with my mom, who doesn't play well with others has came around and now doesn't need her own room anymore! . All the staff, administrators, and nurses have always helped my mom and mine issues on every subject! I strongly recommend the BRITTANY HOUSE !, to anyone that needs this service for their loved ones. It's a hard decision to make, but my mom has a better quality of life than I can give. My Aunt had been showing signs for six months prior but it was the elephant in the room which we all ignored. As she has no children , the burden fell on me to find out if its better for her to move into an assisted living or stay at home with nurses. Overwhelmed is an understatement as I had a newborn and busy with work but the staff at Brittany House was such a pleasure to deal with from the first hello. We arranged a virtual consult with my aunt and I was truly impressed with how kind their representative was (sorry, forgot your name nice lady:(). The signup was painless and while pricing for alternatives, BH was very fairly priced. I visit my aunt every other week and its like shes a new person. She has a group of friends which they do daily activities with, watch TV with. She likes it so much that I kind of get the feeling she wants me to leave soon after I arrive to visit her so she can continue playing bingo with her hommies;) Ty BH!
