Clair Del Gardens Apartments

My experience has been amazing! The peaceful atmosphere, and the outstanding maintenance team, truly makes it stand out. Both buildings have their own pools and onsite amenities. However, what really makes this place special is the sense of camaraderie among the neighbors and the exceptional service from the staff lead by the new manager Ray! Thank you for creating a place that truly feels like home.

Applied for a apartment put 300 down to hold the apartment in addition to the application fee took this company 2 weeks to deny me wasted my time Courtney ,Aleah had different stories on the refund of my 300 dollars.This place is a scam please be careful.Still waiting on my 300 dollars.

I like living here. It has to laundry rooms. Nice grassy areas kids can play. Nice pool and a soda machine on the premises with a gym. It's quite l8ving here. Close to schools and markets, restraints and parks. Lake woos mall is not that fare away. People can have pets here with a deposit. People are nice. Good community.

*****Do you guys ever respond or answer the phone anymore? There is theft going on out here on the grounds. Other tenants subleasing out here, there are so many people that live out here not on leases. Just random people in and out of gates, waiting in the parking area waiting for real residents to leave or enter so they can get in and out. Drug activity is also going on. For this expensive rent this environment posing an unsafe risk. Where is security? Also please send out a PSA kids under 12 were not allowed to be out unsupervised here yet they are running around without adult supervision knocking on people doors and running kids as young as 5 and trashing the place. I would not have to write reviews if you all answered or responded in a at least 72 hours. I need to reach someone higher up. The maintenance team is always working and attentive they are the best. Last update ********Where do I began? So we get a complaint about windchimes you know the things that make a sound when the wind blows. Okay fine we took them down immediately because we are in violation of our lease for windchimes? Although they have been up for a year with no issues Why can people smoke marijuana and suffocate us and that is NOT a violation. People can still live out here after gun violence when a tenants guest shot through two apartments that happened some months ago and that is NOT a violation. Tenants can let dogs poop everywhere even the sidewalk which is unsanitary and that is NOT a violation. Tenants can disturb me and my family at all hours of the night in which I have reported countless times and I guess that is NOT a violation either. I asked for extermination and have yet to get it. My concerns are never met here unfortunately. Yet I do my best at following rules. I have been reporting these issues since the new team has been here and to every new team before that. The team is always changing. Please help your residents with real concerns and not windchimes. That's disappointing and not fair to put windchimes above the real issues at Clair Del Gardens. Like why are my numerous emails and calls ignored? If they were handled there would be changes but when it comes to certain residents there is no such thing as lease violations. Got it!! ****ANOTHER UPDATE I contacted the office to express my concerns and nothing as changed. The residents above us smoke so much Marijuana we are all waking up choking at night. So much loud stomping its a true nuisance. Something needs to change you guys need to EXTERMINATE more and residents are putting trash by the doors. Stop giving late notices about parking and such and if some residents work from home we should not have to leave our parking space. The rent and the quality need to align. We still don't feel very safe. Kids kick doors and run. People don't pick up after themselves. Please strive to create a better safer community!!! Or implement other means of rules and citations. ****UPDATED REVIEW**** So disappointed about the changes around here since moving here. When I say things drastically changed and not in a positive way. Utilities are massive each month it sucks the way it is set up. I strongly feel the amount of rent is not worth the quality. Now you can't pay rent using multiple accounts that's so inconvenient. Some of us have multiple sources of income and multiple bank accounts, roommates ect... The way they had it set up before was better and we did not get any prior notice of the change.
