Orange Terrace Apartments

I lived at Orange Terrace for over 3 years. I had the pleasure of being the on site manager's neighbor. Jonathan is very warm and attentative. We bonded over the love of our fur babies. I like that they didn't nickle & dime for any type of pet deposit nor pet rent. That was important for me & a major factor for my choosing to move here. The space is fairly large. I enjoyed not feeling cramped in my home. The maintenance team shows up the next day of submitting your issue. They fully communicate with you what is going on. They're a great bunch of guys. The neighbors are friendly and it's relatively peaceful. I moved simply because I was able to get the ocean front home of my dreams. Considering that I already miss the Orange Terrace community. Some of the people I spoke to were very friendly but they jerked me around for multiple weeks before denying my application because I had to quit my job to move across the country. Terrible and inconsistent communication, would not recommend.

To whom this may concern. The property is well keep for as landscaping, laundry room, and patio. The experience here fot the first 6 months has been great, due mostly to the staff. Great work Johnathan and the Orange Terrace team. My best advice to the one's who don't see this teams hard work. Come see for yourself. Have great life!

Ive been here for a year and half now and I love it. Jonathan has been one of the greatest landlords Ive ever had, super nice and friendly and on top of everything! I recently had a bathtub clog, reported it that night and maintenance was there first thing in the morning and it was the holidays. About the actual complex I love my apartment its a nice cozy space for a one bedroom. Hardwood floors and carpet in the bedroom. The price for the location is great, You can literally walk to the beach and all the bars downtown. Plus the grocery store is close. You can walk everywhere. Also for it being on 7th street I do feel really safe with it being gated. All the neighbors are friendly and quiet. Also... Theyre CAT FRIENDLY! No pet rent!!! Only downfall is the parking. You can get on a waitlist to get a spot, other then that its street parking which can be hard downtown. Overall really nice place to live in the heart of Long Beach (Photos are from when I moved in, so I didnt have much stuff in the space)
