Seaport Village Apartments

Customer service... I had (Erika) help me. I called a few times looking at a online listing and talked to multiple people who verified the property is avaible on april 5th. She firmly said "We only have one roomed apartments available" Because i talked to 2 realtors online and i was scheduled to come in today for a 2 bedroom apartment tour. Yes there can be a mix up and i understand that, but beliteling someone asking questions about a property listed is unprofesional. Talking down to me as if im a child tone she says "we only have ONE ROOM appartments available. Do YOU UNDERSTAND?" I was simply intrested in veiwing what they had available and change my tour of the two bedromm house i had called and scheduled the day before I expect a call back and to hear the recorded call with Erika present. If she can say everithing she said to me on call today with her manager present then ill leave this be. But if she cant even relay something she said to a customer to her manager than that is poor management issue.

UPDATE: they started charging residents $100 a month to park in the carport. I have lived here for over five years and this place is horrible. They have roach infestation, they leave their pools looking like crap, people littering everywhere, homeless dig in the dumpsters, and people parking alongside the wall where the carport is at. I have a hard time backing out of my parking space. Also, they do NOT have a lockout policy so a tenant will need to get a locksmith. They dont care.

Save yourself a headache and do not apply to these apartments. The leasing specialist/ management are lazy and reluctant to work. Unprofessional and poor communication. I waited over a month for them to process my paperwork and inspection. Just for the unit to not pass inspection. They didnt even care to notify me that it didnt pass inspection. Also, they tried to scam me for my deposit with good credit and employment. Theyll try to make excuses and find other reasons that doesnt make sense to why theyre charging you a $1900 deposit. I took my money elsewhere.

Be aware of the homeless at these apartments. Management has no control over it they will walk around the apartments and sleep next to your cars and dig in the properties trash cans. The pools are never clean or available. Also when it rains my living room would always flood til it got to the point I had to figure it out myself, there was mold from the flooding and maintenance just painted over it.
