    We had an awesome experience. Although we were in town for my Grandpops 90th birthday, The Hilton Gardens Inn in Lompoc, Ca treated us kind throughout our whole stay. The food was absolutely delicious and my 9 year old son loves the hot chocolate. Rooms: The rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Food & drinks: The food was delicious. The drinks were wonderful.

    Good people . Annoying management policies. It s Annoying to have to wait outside upon arrival from the airport at night until someone anwers a wall phone , locate your records and verify who you are before they allow yiu to come in. Makes think about the neighborhood but it os a polocybthat reflects misery . It is Annoying to find out that they set the tempersture at which you can sleep at night . If you are cold you must ask for them to change their set point. Yes they hace enerfy saving set points and it takes a while for them to change it. It is Annoying not to have the bed sheets cleaned and the bed made eceryday. . You nust request and you request this normal Hilton like service if yiubewnt it. Then when you request the naking of the bed , they blame you for not requesting it. It is Annoying to have the bathroom light turn off while you take a shower and no motion detector to re activate it. All their policies have the common pirpose of saving money giving up customer comfort. It is assumed the we th customer will take it and their Brand name will asssure them of continued business. There is not enough competion in the area. So they can be Annoying and save. This is not what I expect from a Hilton branded hotel.

    We recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Lompoc, CA, and while our experience had its ups and downs, there are areas that need improvement. Firstly, we were disappointed to not receive the promised discount for our organization. Additionally, the room cleaning schedule of every 4 days was inconvenient. The water-saving showers were too economic, impacting the shower experience negatively. However, we were impressed by the excellent service from the personnel serving food. Unfortunately, the management fell short, as the pool wasn't heated as advertised. Consistency in amenities such as this is crucial for guest satisfaction. Despite these shortcomings, we appreciate the efforts of the hardworking staff. We hope the management takes our feedback constructively to enhance the overall guest experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lompoc, ensuring guests receive the promised amenities and discounts, and addressing issues promptly.

We pride ourselves on maintaining the security of our guests hence the lobby doors being locked after the restaurant is closed since we are no longer open to the public. Verifying you are a guest is necessary and also provides security for yourself as well as our staff that are here overnight. Housekeeping services by default are "every other day" per Hilton standard, the placards for the service reflect in your room on the closet mirror. In the future if you would like the housekeeping service daily, we are happy to make sure this is done for you we just ask that you communicate with the front desk. We understand the energy saving capabilities don't necessarily fit your needs and apologize for this. However, we appreciate your business and value you as a guest. We look forward to your return in the future.

Thank you for the feedback, Mr. Leyden.First, we appreciate your constructive feedback. We are working to improve the guest experience everyday. As for the discounted organization rate, after reviewing your reservation it was booked through a 3rd party and it was pre-paid which means we have no control over it. We are not sure why it was booked this way as other group members did not have an issue booking directly with us to get the group rate. As for the room cleaning, at check in we do work to inform guests that if they would like Housekeeping more consistently then the guest can let us know so that we can have your room serviced as desired. Again, we apologize if we did not clearly give you that message at time of check in, we will look at our check in process to make sure this does not happen again. We are pleased that you enjoyed the service, and again thank you for the feedback. Our management team is aware and will review to ensure communication with guests is improved.
