    Dr.Vanmali and all the dental assistants at the office are so sweet, friendly and kind. I just had an extraction and bridge done, and my experience with everyone was wonderful. I highly recommend anyone to go here for their dental work.

    While I was disappointed my primary dentist was at another office today, thus I had a dentist whom I had never met and had no in-depth insight into my dental history. He was nice/pleasent. However, my hygienist is FABULOUS !!! Yet, I will make sure that Dr Vitaz sees me next visit!

    I do not recommend this dental office. Weeks ago, I made an appointment (via their website which is the method they require since you can't call and talk to a live person). Today I was about to show up for my scheduled appointment when I found out that they had cancelled the appointment. Pathway Dental ASSUMED I had booked the appointment in error, so they decided to cancel the appointment without ever calling and double checking with me. Pathway Dental has poor customer service. You can only communicate with them via email and text. If you try to call their office, you can leave a voicemail, but there is no live person to answer the phone. Finally, this dental office often tries to sell you stuff such as mouth guards, dental products and services. It reminds me of going to a car mechanic to get an oil change, but then they try to get you to pay for a lot of other things. --------------------------------- UPDATE RE: response from owner: Please look at the other 1 star and 2 star reviews. See how Pathway Dental responds and always try to discredit their customer/patient. You will also see a trend from these reviews regarding lack of customer service or unnecessary/poorly done treatment. Back to my point: I did have an appointment booked for today, Feb. 12th. I booked it online a few weeks ago and got an email showing I booked the appointment. In your response, you tried to discredit me. My wife and I book our appointments online at the same time (since you don't allow customers to make a teeth cleaning appointments in the office after they finish their last teeth cleaning appointments). One appointment was booked for one week, the other appointment was booked for the following week. It appears that since both appointments were accidently in my wife's name, you decided that the second appointment was done in error and CLEARED it from your system without first calling me or my wife. Today, I was ready for my 11:30 am appointment, but you had removed it from your system. I think this is further proof of your lack of customer service. How hard is it to call your customers? Also, It is true that you can't call your office phone number and talk to a live person. You hit extension 3 and can leave a voicemail. Customers need to be ready to only communicate to Pathway via email and text.

    Do not recommend this place. I had a wisdom teeth removal with oral sedation which they never sent my prescription to pharmacy I waited an hour with a crying baby in the car. Finally took the medication prior to my appointment and they tell me they need to reschedule. Its the most unprofessional dentist. My husband had to get a day off work for this as being in the military its hard to get a day off. Im now drowsy at home my husband is taking care of my baby as I cant take care of him since I took the oral sedation. Very disappointed with this dentist. The people at front desk are rude condescending and not understanding at all they were laughing at me so I got really angry because they were not helping me. To them its a joke. They never sent my prescription the pharmacist told me her herself. Will not be coming back here. Will file a complaint with dental board of California thank you :)

We are sad to see this posted Brett, especially after interaction you had with our team this morning. As it was explained to you, there were two appointments scheduled under another family member, not for you, and since your family member confirmed the other appointment, the duplicate was removed from our system. There was never an appointment scheduled in our system for you nor are we in the practice of removing appointments for patients in our system without contacting them.We attempted twice to call you back directly today and you hung up on our team members. Additionally, you can schedule a phone call directly with our team members to prevent phone tag.The only products we sell in office are those that are only available by prescription and our providers are never recommending something that can not benefit your oral health.We wish you luck in your new office.

We are sorry to see this posted here Ericka as we attempted to explain the situation to you and the delay with the pharmacy. We were not informed by you until this morning that there was an issue with the prescription and we unfortunately do not have control over how long the pharmacy requires to fill a prescription. Our team was trying to find other options for your appointment today but were unable to do so as you were shouting profanities at them while they were trying to help you. We wish you luck in your new office.
