My experience was fantastic from start to finish. From the very beginning I had a friendly and helpful agent. Omar made the whole transaction pleasant with a genuine smile and great service. Even though they were busy he was very polite and acknowledged the other customers that he would be with them shortly and kept a great attitude through the whole process. The car was in great shape. Very clean, tank filled and tires all checked. I always double check fluids and they were all at level. As someone who had to travel for work a lot, I had poor customer service experiences with other car rentals. People often forget to give you that feeling of welcome and that they value you as a customer. I will definitely look forward to using the Lompoc location again for future travels.

Brett your manager in Lompoc is exactly what good customer service looks like. Resilient in a busy branch, customer focused, flexible, and he has great communication skills. Ive never had a favorite office, but Brett changed that. I would highly recommend the Lompoc office to anyone and when needed will go there again to rent a car. Please give Brett and big shout out and thank him for his great service.
