This guy Billy sold me a fridge and after a week the ice maker broke. He keep promising me that he would fix and replace it. Always giving me the run around. I will come this day but he never calls. So Unprofessional! After almost 2 months and still telling me his coming tomorrow but all a bunch of lie. Do Not Buy! This place is a scam.

Billy sold me a fridge that the freezer didnt work and didnt make ice. After waiting 2 months of him saying he would come, I had some other repair technician look at it and showed me the problem with the compressor which would cost $1600 to fix. Beware of this business.

Billy gave me a great deal on a great fridge. There havent been any issues and Im really satisfied. Ive bought a lot of different fridges from different people In the past and they usually just Bing them up and leave them for delivery. After some research I realize that this is why the refrigerators I bought from people like this always broke. Billy was extremely careful when making a delivery I have a small Front door and he really took his time to bring the fridge in without hurting it at all. He even took off the door hinges that he made sure not to scrape the stainless steel. Its been eight months now since I purchased the fridge and its working perfectly fine. There was an issue with the icemaker but he did come and fix it for me. All over Im very happy satisfied customer and I will be recommending him to everybody that I know

Billy Appliances sold me a Kenmore Elite French Door fridge and the facebook communicator told me it was 27" deep, because I needed Counter Depth. He delivered the fridge 4 hours past the time he said he would, and I was at the local park with my kids. I rushed home to allow him to off-load the fridge, and he said it would take at least 8 hours to get cold and that I couldn't test anything right then. I didn't think to check the depth, because the timing was very rushed. Not only was the fridge not counter-depth, but the ice machine does not work at all, and freezer does not get cold enough to get things frozen. He gave me a "4 month warranty", but he said "don't worry, it's perfect, nothing is wrong with the fridge." It was delivered on April 1, and I still have not seen him, and there is no resolution. He said he is trying to get the part and will see me in a couple days every time I text him. He won't pick up the phone. It's been 19 days and I don't have a freezer, and no ice maker. I'm not a happy customer.
