        Yes, Raul was super friendly and personable over the phone. He told his boss, Anthony, and coworker Dan that Id be coming in to get my battery checked. So, not only did Anthony and Dan check and test my battery, they let me borrow tools to take my battery out, and even gave me a free Allen wrench, for future use. My battery had a dead cell and needed to be replaced. They sold me a great battery at a better price than the manufacturer of the battery offered. Actually, $20 cheaper. They also made sure the new battery was charged up and ready to go!! Also, they even let me return the tools after they closed, they said, just knock on the door and they would come get them. I want to thank those guys from the bottom of my heart! Not only did those guys get me back on the road safely, but they were really cool and made me feel like I can come by and say hi whenever I want to. All right, thank you Cycle Gear crew.
