Listen to the reviews. I scheduled an appointment 2 months in advance, came in for an appointment at 11am and at 12pm, when I finally asked how much more I may need to wait, I was told "another 20 minutes". That is 1.5 hours waiting for a prescheduled appointment. The copay is also $30, which is higher than other places. I didn't even get an apology for the wait, so i left and won't be returning. 0 stars.

Dr. Masoodi is wonderful and knowledgable, I would give her 5/5 alone -- but it is absolutely impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or return calls here. I've had to push appointments back because I couldn't get ahold of anyone to get my labwork orders emailed to me or sent to Labcorp in time before my appointments, even on the rare occasion they pick up and say they will. Beyond frustrating and will have to find another care provider because of it.

I started seeing Dr. Schwarz-Lauer in October. I have no complaints about her care. She is an excellent endocronologist. That was the reason I was willing to wait 45 minutes to an hour to see her. However, the staff is a total DISASTER!!!! They will NEVER answer the phone. They have the worst customer service. I needed my medication to be pre-authorized, but no one was able to help me. After an entire week dealing with this. They didn't answer MULTIPLE emails and phone calls. I even had my husband calling and different co-workers. I personally called my insurance company and filled out the form on my own and emailed it to them. All it needed was a signature. I even told them I would fax it for them. An entire week passed, and they DIDN'T responded to my multiple emails and messages. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! I just got it pre-authorized by another provider within ONE day, and I am picking my medication. What a difference. Also, they never confirm your appointment but will dismiss you if you miss 3 appointments. This wasn't a deal breaker for me, but it might be an issue for others. Stay away unless you are okay with dealing with incompetent and careless employees!!!!

If you are a cash patient avoid this place. Dr. Mamoodi charged me $200 to tell me I need to go get labs. Labs cost me $300. Nobody called me back for over a month. I had to hound them on the telephone and leave four voicemails. Someone called me back and told me if I want more consultation I need to make another $200 appointment. No thanks
