Called for delivery, employees answered with a very rude and dismissive attitude. Was told would be about 45min. 1.5 hours later we called and was told it's on its way. 30 min later we received a very cold and average pizza. I feel this was a passive aggressive action on the girl answering the phone. Delivery driver purposely left our gate wide open, after being asked to please close because of our dogs. Was a twice a month customer. Never again. Get better employees!

Very disappointed! I walked in specifically because the salad bar looked good but they charge over $10 for one serving. That's crazy, I never heard of a salad bar that wasn't all you can eat!

I ordered a pizza online I was at the Robinhood store I had pushed my location and it said make this my store and I put yes so That's where I thought I ordered, so the people working in that mountain Mike's said call and cancel because our order was ordered at the lodi location so I called right after I pushed send and the girl on the other end of the phone said they couldn't cancel my order because it was finished already we got there and they brought the pizza out and it didn't have mushrooms so they said they were going to make us a fresh one so we waited about 20 minutes and they brought us the same pizza with raw mushrooms on it by this time it was cold so we asked for our money back they said they couldn't do that because there was no management available if the manager looks at the video he'll see that the girl behind the counter should've kept her mouth shut and there wouldn't have been a problem but some people don't know how to do that so we ended up leaving without a pizza and without our $42.00 there should be someone in charge the can give people there money back because money doesn't grow on trees I honestly think they were trying to give me someone else's pizza that was already made my hole order came to $83.63 what good was the rest of the food without the pizza it ruined out hole movie night we had planned
