Delta Eye Medical Group

I recently awoke with a darkened area in the vision of my left eye. I thought I might have slept oddly and the issue might go away. By mid-afternoon, that darkness had blocked more than half of the vision in my left eye. We called over and Delta Eye fit me in late in that same afternoon. Dr Chen inspected the eye and confirmed that it was a retinal detachment with a tear. He referred me immediately to the retinal specialists in the Sacramento valley area and requested they fit me in asap. I very much appreciate the swift and professional attention from Delta Eye and Dr. Chen. Because of them, I have vision back in my left eye with clarity getting better each day.

Staff is always professional and friendly. My husband and I always have back to/back appointments. We travel from Stockton to our twice yearly appointments. The doctors are efficient and make time to listen. Fantastic experience!

I recieved a referral here for Lasik. I've had mixed feelings. The wait in the first wait room is 30-60 minutes. Both appointments have had multiple steps with wait time between each one. I spend 3-4 hours there for each appointment. I wish the communication before the appointments or at check-in was better. Most of the staff is friendly and flexible. The doctors are very professional and kind. I strongly dislike the waiting though. I'll leave another review after surgery if I choose to follow through with it. At each appointment I'm surprised by something, so I'm a little anxious.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. The nurse and doctor were both so kind, patient, caring and comforting. :)
