Krystal is the best realtor EVER!! She made the home buying process very smooth for us. She is well connected and gets things done very quickly. She always considered what was important to us while looking at homes, and remembered every detail we told her. She works very hard and its evident she cares about her clients. She is awesome to work with and very patient. Especially when we needed to see the same house multiple times in different weather to inspect the natural lighting this was our first experience in home buying, and she is so knowledgeable about everything. She could clearly explain things to us in a way we would understand. She ended up finding our dream home and we are so thankful to have found her! We highly recommend Krystal!

I wanted to take a moment to share the wonderful experience that I had with Krystal. Our situation was complicated because we were selling and buying a house at the same time, at no time did Krystal waiver in the service that she provided. Her knowledge and experience in the industry made it seem effortless for her to navigate issues as they came up and also see potential issues beforehand. Her communication with us was excellent, always making sure that we were kept in the loop and up to date with the status of both transactions, if there were any changes while always listening to our needs and wants. Krystal was the definition of being a CHAMPION and ADVOCATE throughout this process by going above and beyond at every turn, making sure that she did all the heavy lifting and being our voice during negotiations. She had also had a great support team with Keller Williams that assisted with helping make this process go easily. In closing I will say that Krystal has earned our respect and admiration for how she took care of us like we were family.
