Selling and buying a home is not recommended when you have a 5 month old baby but Linda made the process extremely easy. This was our second time looking for a house with Linda as our realtor because we like her so much. Linda never says no to us and is an excellent negotiator. This time, she sold our house for over asking price and we bought a house for less than asking price. She clearly communicated every step of the process and responded to our questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Linda has been amazing in assisting me with 2 purchases. The first one had several challenges with the seller not really having title and my mortgage company constantly asking for new information but she got it us through it! In my second purchase, there were again issues with the availability of the sellers agent and the condition of the unit-Linda was there to make sure the inspections happened in spite of the many obstacles. When I was in need of referrals for repair work or other home improvement services , she was always helpful. She calmed my anxious worries by being available so promptly. You cant go wrong with having Linda as your agent.

It was such a pleasure having Linda as my realtor. She is professional and kind. She goes over and beyond your expectations.
