Janet was absolutely wonderful and made the whole experience as painless and comfortable as a wax could possibly be. My skin feels so smooth! Her customer service was fantastic and her conversation was light and engaging and kept my mind off the wax pulls. I can't say enough good things about Janet or Ritual Skin & Wax, and will definitely be back for all my waxing and skincare needs!

Could not recommend more! Janet is the absolute sweetest and really makes you feel comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety thinking about getting hurt, but she made me feel super comfortable. It did not hurt very much based off of her great technique and care. It felt as if I got a small slap that lasted a millisecond, sometimes I didnt feel a thing. Her office is very clean and relaxing. Definitely recommend! Youre gonna have to take my word for it that the results look and feel great lol.

I saw Janet for waxing services, she came highly recommended by a close friend. I have never had anything waxed before and decided Id start small: eyebrows, ears, and nose. The treatment room was clean, bright, airy, and comfortable. Janet took the time to understand my requests, level set expectations, and reassure me that Id leave there with 2 eyebrows rather than one or none. Janet is patient, calm, and professional. She clearly explained everything to me and made me feel comfortable about the whole situation. I asked a ton of questions - even about services I was not receiving and went around the room asking about each piece of equipment and its purpose and function. Janet was knowledgeable, engaging, and genuine with her responses. She was able to educate me about proper skin care and encouraged me to use sunscreen on my head (yep Im bald). All in all it was a great experience and I will return to Janet to try other services she offers. Should you be in need of skin and wax service - do yourself a favor and visit Ritual Skin and Wax Studio youll be glad you did, I know I am!
