Michael was very helpful. I changed from a Samsung to a IPhone which is a big change and he explained all the new features and way around the phone . Excellent customer service.

If I could I would put NO STARs at all. The people here seem like they want to help you but they really don't. I have been with Tmobile for over 10 years and after today's visit I really hate Tmobile. I will never visit this Tmobile store and for me that's a real problem because the nearest tmobile store is now 30 minutes away. I just wanted what I ordered and for some reason they couldn't give it to me and they are the one's that told me to come and pick it up. They had no problem trying to sell me other phones that I didn't want.
