Being in business for over 50 years will unfortunately yield to these types of unfavorable reviews. This was an unpropitious job finished 3 years ago in 2021. Unfortunately, it seems the client is missing some information as to what transpired. However, we did our best to accommodate these clients in every way. We stained the cabinets to the approved stain color and when the cabinets were delivered the client told me personally that the color was great. Not more than two minutes after we left their home I received a call from the spouse that they did not "like" the color. My resolution was to strip the cabinets for them and re-stain them. After stripping the cabinets and having conversations with the client I realized that no matter what I did to stain the cabinets for them they were not going to be happy with my results. I explained to them my concern and told them I would not charge them for any finish of the cabinetry even though I finished the cabinets and stripped them. I suggested that they find a finisher who finishes cabinets on site to be able to do this for them. The finishing of the cabinets was never charged and never paid for as I still believe was a generous offer and the right thing to do on my part. In all the years we have been in business I have never been told my cabinets are falling apart and I am reluctant to believe that accusation because this client is not being truthful in their review on their concerns mentioned. We installed the cabinets and they all fit in the kitchen to my measurements and to the specs I was given for the appliances. This is a sad story of a client who will be untruthful with occurred events and never be satisfied with anyone who provides them a service.
