Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

Its sad when the smallest of transactions means an appointment is needed to discuss with a banker. Observing in the bank today customers who had appointments were often seen later than there dedicated time. When calling a specific banker for an appointment, calls are rarely returned-customer service is non existent with Bank of America. I did add an additional star ONLY because Ikram seemed to understand our frustration and he took care of our transaction personally. I imagine Ikram gets a lot of negative treatment by customers. He kept his cool with my wife and granddaughter.

After waiting 30 mn for a teller I had to wait another 30 mn for someone clear my check when every other time someone does it right there .. the lady was treating me weird and I. Wondering if it was because of my skin color! I've never had to deal with anything like this before...

The worst bank in Lodi how do you have a huge bank with 2 workers and 1 worker always doing nothing and pretending to count money the management is horrible here and on top of that they close on Saturdays they are horrible as it is and now you wanna close on Saturdays wot. Worthless bank Im so embarrassed by Bank of America

I will say the employeee inside have always been amazing and helpful BUT my card info and pin was stolen from using this bank. Never use it anywhere else. I'm guessing it's the ATMs outside of the bank that have been compromised.
