The staff at Vineyard Veterinary Hospital were incredibly friendly! Our dog had a large mass on her gums that required surgery, as well as four teeth that needed to be pulled. Despite having three other veterinary hospitals nearby, we were hesitant to go to them due to negative reviews, high prices, and long waitlists. However, we were extremely fortunate to find Vineyard Veterinary Hospital, as they provided excellent care for our beloved pet. The oral care specialist went above and beyond to assist us and offered a very reasonable price for the services provided.

Excellent Vets and office staff. They get your fur baby in quick and are very thorough with them. They spend the time with you and your fur baby and don't rush you in and out like cattle Highly recommend

Under New ownership and unfortunately it shows.Made an appointment for our dog was greeted promptly and placed us in an exam room dog was taken quickly for blood drawn for test by very friendly assistant. Then we waited in the exam room for 40 minutes for the new Vet.Dr Paul when he finally arrived he offered no apology for long wait in the exam room he checked our dog administered necessary vaccines quickly did the exam he suggested dental service first our dog same one that is posted in in the exam room that we would be happy to schedule. Headed back to waiting room to pay was instructed by indifferent counter staff to have a seat told they would be right with us to pay our invoice 25 minutes later called to counter to pay for visit I asked about service that was suggested and was told that I said I wasnt interested then after another short wait was quoted almost 3 times the amount that is posted in the exam room? its a shame and far cry from the great vet office that Dr Piatt built I realize that he is retiring/ retired but they definitely need to change the name of the office because its just not the same level of care and compassion that we all come to expect with Vineyard Vet We all have choices on where we spend our money and take our precious fur babies for medical care not sure if we will return unfortunately Very very disappointing experience TP
