St. Joachim Catholic Church

These folks are the worst neighbors ever. I would be weary of attending a church who so blatantly doesnt practice what they preach. Loving and respecting your neighbors is not a commandment they follow. They have a large piece of property, a massive building, and nothing behind them. They choose to line up their festivities 20 feet away from houses with a massive PA system instead of trying to be good neighbors. They do this at least 5-10 times per year. Think a small rock concert but instead of good music, just a man enthusiastically yelling into a max volume PA system. Also, their attendees /guests have zero regard or respect for others as well. Have a driveway you use to load up your moms wheelchair? They dont care, theyll block it. Have a nice shoulder of the road with no potholes or mud? They dont care, theyll come park their big trucks wherever they see fit, even if it causes ruts, mud pits, etc. Overall, Id suggest considering a church that actually preaches the word of God, and lives it. San Joaquim church has shown us all that they are not that kind of church.

My kids and I were in town for a wedding and attended Sunday mass here. It was lovely. The priests homily was engaging and being offered the blood of Christ is something we rarely experience where were from. Thank you St. Joachim parish!
