What a terrible company loyal Towing is. The management in the office is rude and offensive. Refuse to do my AAA Tow, but yet said they would tell me personally for $ 950.00. I felt like I was being shaken down. They told me AAA denied it which was a bald-faced lie. In my 30 plus years of having AAA this company has made me want to cancel and find another provider. If someone from AAA corporate reads this I hope you remove these folks from your contract services as they are creating a very bad name for your organization

This is a terrible company with terrible leadership. Failed to do their job. Been with AAA for 35 years. Tried to be tough guy on the phone. Instead of listening and finding solution. Im a long standing AAA member and Loyal Towing was sent out to tow my truck. I was at the Goodguys car show and was told for my premier member benefit my truck was too low to tow. However, for 405$ they would gladly tow it back to San Jose its the Monday after the weekends festivities so its obvious Im in a tight spot and need the truck moved ASAP. I knew immediately, before he opened his mouth the kid driving the tow truck didnt want to work. I know hes thinking its 1:00 on a Monday by the time i load up and head to San Jose traffics gonna be thick coming back.On top of my truck having transmission problems the front driver side tire was flat. The kid starts taking photos of the truck to show how low it is with a flat front tire. I ask him to air it up because its obviously low when the tires flat. He gets in his truck and calls his boss. Of course the trucks too low to tow now unless I pay 405$. Its beyond absurd that they wont tow my vehicle. Loyal towing are thieves. To recap as a AAA member its to low but for 405$ they would gladly tow it, with the same truck, same driver. If I could give zero stars I surely would Loyal towing is a joke. DO NOT USE LOYAL TOWING unless of course you like being taken advantage of in which case have at it.
