Mohammed was a great driver. He towed my vehicle and changed the tire in good time. He was also great at having a conversation so the drive to the destination was comfortable. He has good communication skills which made me feel safe. Thank you Mohammed!

Only reason I couldn't put 5 stars was because the company put some pressure on my driver by making him double back to concord to service another tow before he came to get me. Luis rolled up like Mr.Smooth and had my truck on his within 5 minutes. Mind you it was parked Hella sideways on my lawn which is on a hill. I know the more tows you can fit in a day is key to the business but I had to wait an extra hour and my shop was waiting. Yall lucky to have a employee like Luis who could unload and coast a AFFR into the shop BACKWARDS. The man work fast and smooth.

Barbara is a horrible dispatcher. She gave no solid information. We were giving a time. She did not call to inform the ETA had changed. I questioned her professionalism, and questioned her lack of customer service. Asked for her manager. Who was not available. When I continued to try to get a real ETA. She said that I was being hostile and she is fearful for her driver. Then hung up the phone. Classic! White fragility is real!

Armando is a great employee, they are very lucky to have him. Great taste in music as well.
