Family tree heritage is not working for me I've paid for it I've got activation keys and nothing seems to be working received in email from one of your tech support people with the fix and that did not work I'm not happy with the program and I don't know if I'll ever buy any more of your products if this is not correct it so. And I use several of individual software products as well as Avanquest products and others. I can't even recommend the software if I can't utilize it.

I have used ResumeMaker and BizPlan and have found them to be excellent business resources.  Never a problem with install or customer support.

I purchased this software in March 2017. I have been e-mailing back and forth with them since the day I purchased the software. I continue to follow there instruction but cannot get the software to install, download or work properly. They told me they were working on a new version to download in 2 weeks. That was 6 weeks ago. This company wants your money & thats it. ZERO help over the phone. Email only. Now I can see why. They have nothing but complaints. Do yourselves a favor and use LivePlan. Individual Software sucks...

This company Individual Software does not take onwership for any of the software.  I have been struggling to use Organizer Pro now for several years and only continue with it because I can not find another program that does these same functions.But you are on your own when it does not function as it should.  Individual software cares NOT if you have any problems and will be of no service to you with any problems.  I can not stress enough their total lack of concern with any problems you may have.  I THINK, do not know this, that they purchase application code from many sources and basically market it to the public.  They are supposed to support it, but don't really have the staff nor the desire to train any staff to do that.  I would look else where for applications if possible.
