When my parents both passed in the fall, we were faced with the daunting task of selling their home. We needed a realtor; Will was recommended by our lawyer handling my parents estate. My sisters and I interviewed Will and hired him on the spot. We were impressed with his knowledge and expertise of the present housing market. My parents house sold in 6 days and over the asking price. Escrow closed in 3 weeks. Will handled all the inspections, took care of all the details regarding our home, and responded to all my texts in a timely manner. He even helped us move some of our furniture! If I had to do it all over again, I would still hire Will Bateson and I would highly recommend him to a friend or relative or anyone looking for a realtor to sell their home.

Will served as our agent during a recent home purchase. Will Bateson helped us find a home in Dublin. You can call him anytime and he always answers or gets back to you promptly. The best part is we ended up calling Will on advice on all sorts of things. He was a great sounding board and had our interests first. There was a time when the loan almost didn't go through and Will stood by us, kept us calm, offering advice and alternatives. He showed us numerous properties and didn't push us at all into making a quick decision. I would totally recommend him to anyone.
