Ben works to get you over the finish line, no matter how slow or fast you get there!   Ben was supportive throughout the process with us visiting countless homes.  It took well over 2 years to find that perfect property.  He never gave up and was always available to meet with us day or night.  He truly cares about understanding what the buyer wants and spent many hours looking for our perfect home when we had almost given up.   His guidance and education in the buying experience was priceless. I asked Ben to refinance my property.  I was paying interest only and I have a variable rate.  I was afraid that in the future, I might pay more and I won't be able to afford my mortgage payment.  He found a lower fixed rate for me.  In one month, we were able to close escrow.Now, I feel happy and content that I'm able to afford my mortgage payment without getting worried in the future.Ben is very knowledgeable in what he does.  He was constantly following up with documents he needed from me.  He motivated me in getting it done as soon as possible that's why we were able to close escrow right away.i would recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy homes even refinancing your mortgage.Thank you very much, Ben for helping us.  Juliet and Jessie appreciate you.  Take care.

Ben has helped our family pursue an ever so challenging effort to refinance of our property and has done a tremendous job seeing it through.  We were able to refi our property with the best rate available.  Our property is not the typical refinance due to it being a mix use (commercial/residential) property, with multiple owners, and also requiring legal approvals prior to even starting the process. With this amount of red tapes on our property, not many agents have the experience to work this type of refinance and Ben came through.Ben provided guidance in helping us make our decision on what approaches to take by evaluating different scenarios.  He was always a step ahead and prepared us for anything the underwriter would inquire about.  He was always available and answered all our phone calls and kept us updated each step of the way.  Ben is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in the real estate arena in a broad range, and if he can refinance our property, he can refinance any type of property.   I highly recommend Ben's service and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and I'd surely would seek Ben's service again in the future for any real estate needs.

Ben Magalang is foremost a courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable realtor. He always puts the customer first. In addition, he is patient and kind. When we started looking around to purchase our first home in 2009, Ben was very diligent in trying to find us a home that both met our needs and fit within our budget. He tirelessly took us from house to house every weekend for a few months until we found the perfect one.   We just recently closed on our home refinance and Ben was able to save us a chunk of money and help navigate a tedious and complicated process. We had completely forgotten just how much paperwork was required along the way, but Ben was there every step of the way to help us secure all the necessary documents. In the end, we avoided a lot of trouble and saved some money by getting the best deal possible, thanks to Ben's hard work.If we ever want to purchase another home we'll be stopping by Ben's office first to secure his services. He's not only an excellent realtor but he's also a wonderful person. We very highly recommend him.

Let me be specific as to why Ben deserves 5 stars without repeating too much of what others have commented.  We were looking for homes in the Peninsula and for our price range there was very low inventory.  We made multiple bids and lost a few.  Many times we wanted to be hasty and do the - no contingency bid, he made us think rationally.  How much do we love the house and are we willing to take the consequences of not knowing.  He made himself available to us late into the evening and weekends due to our work schedule.  We talked with him almost every night as we needed a house in 2 months (that's 8 weekends of open houses and lots of bidding)We finally won a bid on our dream home but something went terribly wrong with our loan (at the fault of our own, we chose our own loan agent and he did a very poor job) We had 4 weeks to close and  Ben had a bad hunch about how our loan was proceeding, but out of professionalism he didn't make any criticism, instead he started helping us search for another loan with agents he knew.  He had us prepare our paper work with the 2nd officer so when we needed to jump ship everything was ready to go.   We were 2.5  weeks into our loan process and it was becoming certain the loan would not go through.  We quickly made the switch and closed on time and a great rate and lower closing costs!  Thanks Ben! Ben played an integral part communicating to the loan officers and seller's agent so that no one lost faith in the possibility of purchasing our dream home.  At one point I was so stressed that I was ready to give up.  Thanks Ben for your persistence and expertise.
