Jake was by far the best real estate agent we could have found for our situation! He was always responsive and helped us out along every step of the way towards purchasing our first home. He was patient and answered all of our questions with poise and patience, which was greatly appreciated. He was willing to write offers for us at the drop of a hat, even on his birthday! Jake went above and beyond for us, and we couldnt recommend him more! We chose Jake as our agent through a recommendation from our lender who had nothing but good things to say about him. The best thing he did for us throughout this process was be there for all of our walkthroughs and showed up with honesty. We really felt like he had our back and wasnt just trying to make a quick deal the whole time. I 100% would recommend Jake to all my friends and family for future transactions. If we ever need an agent again, we will definitely be going back to him!

Jake took the time to understand our personal needs and made himself readily available for all inquiries related to viewing available homes, market trends, financing and closure of escrow. Even after we closed, Jake still made himself available to help ensure that our home warranty claims were dealt with in a timely manner. Jake Fahnhorst and his team are very well connected in the East Bay and have very competitive resources to help with any financing, inspection or insurance needs. As first time home buyers, we did not expect to be able to work with an agent that was so knowledgeable to the Livermore area as well as take the time to educate us on the ins and outs of the buying process. I can't say enough good things about The Jake Fahnhorst Team! Jake was incredibly helpful, honest, knowledgeable and dependable throughout the entire process. From our initial meeting, we could tell Jake was different then other realtors weve worked with in the past. Jake did a great job in managing our expectations. He gave us clear explanations of everything, including how to price our home in this difficult market to get it sold. Jake and his team did an excellent job at communicating with us through the entire process including minute by minute updates during open houses. Even though we had some challenging buyers, the entire process went much more quickly than anticipated. Jake went above and beyond by physically helping with some of the repairs to get our house sold. Jake had our house in contract in two weeks and had us in contract in our new home a few days later. It was his genuine, patient, and driven disposition that got us through this whole process. We are incredibly grateful for him and his team.

I became familiar with Jake and his great reputation through several different friends and family members in the Livermore area. Jake quickly proved to a great help with purchasing my first home in California by showing his knowledge of the present market and by dedicating several hours to my search for the perfect home. I had limited knowledge personally what the present housing market would do to my ability to purchase a home. Jake was able to be extremely informative and responsive to my questions where I became confident in how I accomplish finding the right home. I have recommended Jakes services to friends and coworkers already and highly encouraged them to contact him if they become interested in buying or selling. Ive shared with them his constant dedication to helping me accomplish my home buying goals and hope they have the chance to work with him in the future.
