Able To Plumbing & Rooter

I needed a leaking garbage disposal replaced. Able To came out the next day. They replaced the disposal, installed a new faucet , shut off valves and connectors. The technicians were clean, on time, and the price for the job was very fair. As this was an "emergency" I expected to get hit with a hefty service charge. Be careful of this company.  We had a circulating pump go out on us and we called to get that fixed.  The "new" circulating pump that was put in is a 2012 model with a crack in the housing.  We were not aware of this until we needed a new water heater and we were taking bids.  One of those companies took photos of the pump and showed us the problems.  My wife sent a request for a refund and removal of the 2012 pump.  Our request is current so hopefully we will hear back from them and they will handle this professionally.  You will see a similar comment from another home owner who had toilets replaced with old and out of date toilets.  So be very careful if any equipment is replaced.  Make sure you know what you are getting.
