        Super happy with how quick the response and work got done. I had a small leak in a valley on my roof. They were even able to match my older shingles so I didnt have some mismatched spot. I would definitely recommend.

        After 4 vastly different estimates, I choose P.R.I. to do the roof repair I needed done. They used a drone to photograph the areas that I needed repaired thereby not walking all over my tile roof, and sent me the photos.The workmen arrived on time and accomplished the repairs in record time. I received photos of the areas that had been repaired and the work was done completely satisfactorily. I can strongly recommend this roofing company.

      Hi Anil,From the moment you called, you were asking for DISCOUNTS/SPECIAL TREATMENT because you are a "home builder". We will not be treating you any differently as any other homeowner who we work with.We do estimates for a proper repair, taking apart the leaking area in order to see if there is further Dry Rot or Water Damage in order to make sure the roof deck is not compromised, if you are just looking for a quick patch, then unfortunately we are not the company for you.We went out to your property to do an inspection and provided you with a FREE estimate for a proper repair and warranty.
