Appearance and Attitude: She was very professional and understanding (with our situation). Perky and cheerful. 3. Communication: She was definitely responsive in text and email. Scheduled me quickly and easily. 4. Cost: Pricing was market and the travel charge is reasonable. 5. Approach: She was patient, guiding the signatories where to sign and thumbmark. 6. Process: Thorough. She reviewed the docs three times esp the signed pages. Summary: Outstanding professional. Highly recommended!
