        We were very impressed by the efficiency and attention to detail exhibited by this organization. In a stressful time Emergency Packout Company was very professional in everyway. Further, Daniel Meehan went above and beyond by taking responsibility when I felt he had none. The national organization, with a local franchisee, who EPC was a subcontractor to failed miserably and EPC took up the slack. Very impressive.

        We had 3 sewage back-ups, with all the attendant damage and toxic problems. The scheduling of all the people who needed to do work was overwhelming. Emergency Packout was great about working around our schedules, planning how to get everything moved out, stored and replaced all in the exact time they estimated, but even better, they were always there to answer questions, make adjustments, and best of all, calming me down, saying everything was going to be alright and here's how we'll help you. Everyone was so friendly, professional and really good at their jobs. I am so impressed by the service and personal touch.A HUGE hug to everyone there, even the office people who were friendly and understanding!
