Katherine found us a home in the crazy housing market of 2022! She has really good connections in the neighborhoods and knows a lot of people. This enabled her to show us homes that matched our unique needs. Katherine is a consummate professional. She is very diligent and works very well with all parties involved keeping everyone updated regarding what they need to do next (buyer, seller, inspectors, lender, ...). Katherine is by far the best realtor we have ever had. She gave great advice on what renovations we needed and had contractors that were immediately ready. They were able to start the renovations right away and at a very reasonable cost. Katherine made sure the work was done properly and to our satisfaction. She helped us every step of the way during this difficult journey answering any and all questions asked of her. Katherine is the best realtor I have ever worked with and would highly recommend her for any seller or buyer. I cannot praise Katherine highly enough for all the hard work she put into selling our home. And to prove this, Katherine was able to sell our home in 2 days! Working with Katherine was pretty amazing. She did a fantastic job of selling our coastal home, located 185 miles away! Hired a great photographer and videographer. Drove to the property twice herself, and worked well with a local realtor there. We were amazed at how quickly our property sold, with multiple offers that exceeded our expectations. Personable and professional realtor. The best of the best!
