I made an appointment last week for this friday and called in yesturday for other reasons and was told my appointment was cancelled that someone had called me to notify me . 1.i never received a call 2.how do you cancel an appointment without the patient being notified we also have busy life's i had already requested the day off now i have to switch my work schedule around . Thanks for being so considerate . It seems like the patient care for your patients keeps going down not the first issue ive had with the staff in the office .

I would not recommend Dr. Willkom as your primary care physician. A year ago, I brought my father in hopes of him getting a compassionate doctor that will aide in his care as a primary care physician. As a primary you are the home base of care. Referrals to the correct physician and maintenence of the patients care. In return we were so dissappointed in the office including the staff. As a representative of the Stanford Healthcare you expect excellence in knowledge and care for your patients and their needs. I did all the work to get my dad to the right physicians. When we needed paperwork filled out she was unable to assist as she lacked the knowledge of how to fill out paperwork (i.e disablity paperwork or family paperwork to care for declining family members...etc) My father was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and had been seeing Oncologists locally whome are treating his cancer. He ended up fracturing both hips due to the cancer, my father was hospitalized for almost a month and is now recovering in a rehabilitation center. During that time, we notified Dr. WIllkom's office so she would be aware in the events she refused to follow up.I as a Stanford Health Care Hospital employee am very disappointed in this office. I work directly with physicians and advanced medical providers who provide C-I-CARE for their families. We Stanford employees are highly trained on how to treat patients and their family members. This office clearly needs to repeat their HEALTHSTREAM modules!!

Dr. Willkom has been my primary care physician for two years and I couldn't be happier. If I could give her ten stars I would! She is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very personable at the same time. You get the feeling she really cares about her patients and wants them to do well! The wait time is always less then ten minutes and her staff are amazing as well. Thank you Dr. Willkom!

I've been seeing dr willkom since I was a kid.  I saw her today for a back issue. She got my x rays the same day and spend a hour making sure she had all the info right, and checking my back out.  She's a really patient doctor I would highly recommend here for a primary care doctor. Thanks so much dr willkom!!!

I have been going here for almost 2 years. Dr. Willkom is very caring, compassionate, professional Doctor! She listens to what I have to say. She has gone out of her way and called me on several occasions, not just once, to follow up and see how I am doing!! If she cannot help, she looks it up and suggests for me to see a specialist. She is an Outstanding physician and I highly recommend her! Her office staff is very caring and outgoing as well. A+++++ Thank you Dr. Willkom.
