As a first time home buyer I heard the stories that makes buying a home seem like a complicated, drawn out process. I had no prior knowledge of the home buying process and had specific wants for my first home, as well as a need to get a home sooner than later. Marc Williams delivered and some. With Marcs help I was moving in a month later after finding my home. Marc is a very professional, friendly, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate agent. As a first-time homeowner, I wouldnt have been able to buy my home without his help. He helped me find exactly what I needed in a tough market. In addition to being awesome at what he does, hes just an overall good dude who truly cared and truly went above and beyond. Marc was highly recommended from a friend & as soon as I messaged him letting him know Im in the market for a home he made sure to get right on it & start the process. I had no idea what went into buying a home & he always made sure to explain everything so I understood what I was doing. As soon as I would see a home in my price range online & I would send it to Marc, he would make sure we would see it that same week. He was always on top of everything and was always very knowledgeable when it came to explaining the home and any questions I had regarding the price or anything else. When I finally found the home I wanted the process was smooth & quick & he still checks up to make sure everything is going well. I have recommended Marc to all my family & friends that are in the market for a home too, he is one of the best realtors out there.
