Stanford Health Care - ValleyCare Memorial Center

I absolutely love this hospital. I have went here for myself and my child and I have never received better care anywhere else. The receptionist are always so nice and efficient, and the doctors and nurses care about you and listen to you. They don't let you leave feeling okay, you leave welhen you feel great. Everyone is so sweet and so kind an caring. Unless I have to go to emergency, this hospital is my go-to for urgent care.

The worst hospital that I have ever seen!There is a thin ( or medium ) white woman about 5" 5' or 6' with short gold hair being very very rude. That woman seems 30-35 years old. She is extremely rude!

Had a colonoscopy today. Was totally prepared because of efficient staff. I had 2 RNs prepping me. All professional, extremely efficient and very friendly. Busy but well organized. Facility is super clean, I felt safe and very well taken care of. Procedure was over, nurses took special care after to make sure my oxygen levels went up. Dr Lin gave me my results. And my chair was right there to take me out. Outstanding experience.

So my fiancé was super weak and sick and we took her to urgent care, the petite girl named Kristen at the front desk was unbelievably rude and was slow to work, she answered phone calls in front of me while I'm standing there talking to her and there was another lady at the front desk who was free to take the call, then when she asked for my fiancés ID, I went to the car to grab it and she took the next person in line completely disregarding me! This is unacceptable!

Wow! On of the best experience for minor surgery at this location. Excellence from reception to nurse to doctor. Everything was perfect. The working environment there seemed great and staff was really nice to each other and patients; and consequently brought over positivity to us. I quite enjoyed my visit there and wish well to all the great people at Stanford Health Livermore Location.
