Great customer service. Needed two valves right away due to having an old valve malfunction. They were able to put together a new one with newer technology in a very timely manner. They had the updated progress every time I inquired. Received and installed the valve and it worked great from the start.

I work as a buyer for a large firm in the Semi Conductor industry. On several occasions we required specialized components that are only produced off shore with long lead-times. On these occasions we have and will continue to turn to Western Valve who not only expedites our orders but performs over and above our expectations by calling the factories and following up without being asked to do so. I highly recommend Western Valve and Fitting, Inc. I have used their services for a number of years now and have never received anything less that terrific service. Some of the items they provide us require customization and they always deliver a quality product. They are also sensitive to our need for quick turn items from time-to -time.
