Gary Warren is the best contractor in the East Bay! He completely renovated our kitchen and it looks terrific. This is the third project, after renovating three bathrooms and a building a new master closet, in our condo and all three projects were five star, wonderful experiences. His work is always excellent. He sticks with his cost estimates even when unexpected issues arise. He starts and ends the projects when he says he will. He comes back to fix minor problems after he has been fully paid. Gary and his crew are easy to work with and they cleanup the workplace at the end of each day. I would use Gary again and highly recommend him to others.

Gary Warren Company is the best! Gary and his team were very professional to work with as we did our addition. He made the best out of our 5ft extension. He remodeled our Master's Bath and entire flooring. He was thorough with the job and paid attention to details. He and his team were very reliable and hardworking. They completed the remodel on our agreed timeline. He made sure the job site was in good condition before leaving for the weekend. His crew were friendly and nice.An addition is a complicated project and you want to hire an experienced contractor who has done it before. Gary has lots of experience in additions and reasonable with pricing. We would definitely recommend him.

Gary S. Warren is a GREAT contractor. He totally remodeled my father-in-law's 1950's home so we could make it rentable to help cover the costs of his assisted living care. Gary removed a couple of walls to open it up, remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms, new flooring throughout, paint, ceiling fans, door hardware... the works. He beat the other bids I had by a lot, and does beautiful work. He's right in there working hard with his own crew, and stayed on schedule. He suggested dealers where I could get cabinetry, tile, Etc at very reasonable prices and including his discount. Other contractors I talked to told me that I would have to get engineering to remove the two small walls in the kitchen, and Gary is so well known and trusted by the building department in Livermore that he was able to draw it up himself and get it approved. Communication by phone and text was excellent. All the little things that you don't think of before the project starts and that come up as you go, were charged time and materials, and very reasonable. We were very happy with the work done by Gary and his crew, and I couldn't recommend someone more highly!

He came over to give me a quote I told him I was not in any kind of rush. Two days later he tells me he's to busy. What a waist of my time. Unprofessional behavior. If your to busy just say so up front
