Dr Kim and hygienist Michelle were very personable and friendly. They were gentle and encouraging. Great experience! Receptionist was also sweet.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Livermore Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics! From the moment I walked in , I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. Klaudia went above and beyond to help me understand my treatment plan and even provided me with an amazing discount, thanks to their involvement with Charity Water, a truly admirable organization. Norma, my hygienist, was an absolute gem! Not only did she do a phenomenal job cleaning my teeth, but she also took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and gentle touch truly made a difference. The entire team at Livermore Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics exudes professionalism and care. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of dental services. Plus, knowing that they support such a wonderful cause like Charity Water only adds to the reasons why I'll continue to be a loyal patient!

Had a CBCT (cone beam CT) done on December 22nd 2023. They were the closest place I found to have this procedure done. It was a request from my own dentist therefore I would need the results. They informed me they would have to give it to me on a thumb drive as the file is too large to send electronically. It was easy to get an appointment. I paid the $199 since it's not covered by insurance. The receptionist was polite, and the technician was professional. They reassured me I would get a call when thumb drive was ready to be picked up. Couple weeks went by I dropped in the office to ask about the thumb drive and they told me they had run out of the thumb drives and had to order more and I should hear back in one week. Another couple weeks go by no word. I call them again same answer still no thumb drive they still had not ordered them. So I ask what kind of thumb drive do you need I'll bring my own. No one in the office could answer the question. Asked to speak with management was told they were not available. Asked Receptionist to leave a message for management to return my call never heard from management. At this point it was 6 weeks and still no results. I had to go out of town for a couple of weeks and just returned. Called to ask about the thumb drive today and the Receptionist says oh yes it has been ready for you to pick up. I never received a call to let me know. So now 3 months later I can go pick it up. I hope that it is there when I get there. Seems clinic is runned by young teens who don't care about their customers.

Second visit update: Was referred to a specialist that came to this dental office (I didn't have to go anywhere else) who explained some of the procedures and options to me. He was very thorough, wrote detailed notes and the staff took it from there. I left with a full printout of the work to be done, set up the future appointment to get started and left. Again, the efficiency of this office as well as their high level of professionalism, is something I genuinely appreciate. I have already recommended this office to a family member and would not hesitate to recommend this office to others. Very clean, well organize and run highly efficiently. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They did a great diagnosis and I had a good cleaning. Love it my first time here and my wife will be coming next.
