We needed to print 20+ memorial photos in a short amount of time so I called about 5 different shops near the 94551 zip code and luckily found Beta Printing.  I was even willing to go to Walmart, but they couldn't do it in a day.  I expected to eat the costs for a higher quality print shop but in the end, Beta Printing was faster, priced fairly AND higher quality. I'm hesitant to even say this... so that no one tries to haggle prices with him... but he didn't charge me any rush fee or anything.  He had my print done in an hour.  Other print shops were overpriced, too busy, didn't pick up the phone, or required more time.  Whereas Andy took the time, LISTENED to what we needed, asked for my number to call me back, and explained to me how printing works.  He didn't even try to convince me to write a review either, which is so common now for businesses nowadays.  The type of high quality silk paper he used and the process in which he printed our photos is the same as the one he uses for big corporations jobs.  The results looked amazing- professional, high quality, and even better- the ink and materials used were meant to last. I am a digital artist and can tell you, Andy knows his stuff, and will showcase your artwork/memories/books in the best possible way.  Most importantly to us though, is the way Andy treated us.  He could feel our pain of losing a loved one, and so he dropped everything for us and our family.  We are so thankful for him and wanted everyone else here to also know why he deserves 5 stars- yes he is skilled in printing, but above all he is a good human being.

Super rude! No customer service skills by the employee working there.
The services are very limited. If you need to print anything, they require you to send your documents to the employee's email first. No privacy and no security when it comes to your documents. I would never use this business.
