The manager blonde white girl with curly hair was extremely rude and very unprofessional when talking to customers. She had such a rude tone over a simple questionit felt like a micro aggression, im NEVER coming here again! Also they had only one girl working the front and the line was extremely long. Poor management and lack of customer care from this place overall, dont support this business. If you read the recent reviews its clearly a pattern.

Extremely rude employees, especially the manager with brown hair. Discriminatory, showed attitude, and wasnt willing to honor signage. There was a discount available and she would not honor it and even took the signage down when I pointed it out.

I went in the store yesterday to return few items at 5:15 pm there is was a sign stating they are Out for lunch break for 45 min. I waited there for around 1.5 hour and then I saw a lady inside through the glass window and trying to call her she saw me and ignored I kep waving at her for. Another 10 min then she came and told me they are closed for break I asked her when they might open back without replying to me she rudely went away and shut the door . I dont know who takes a lunch break at 5 and she was so rude to me as I had to wait there for 2 hours just to return some stuff on a busy Saturday evening . Totally disappointed with the service and I am never going back to this store

Love this store - it's larger than the Stoneridge Mall location and the employees are always sweet and helpful. Great stop for a gift for yourself and others!
