        Bad service, I opened an account and the person who helped me did not copy my documents correctly and they sent me an email that I could not activate my account, then I received the card and my name came out wrong, they did everything wrong, and they waste my time coming back twice to the bank branch.         I asked a teller to help me with a debit card problem. He told me to call the telephone number on the card. I called the number with my cell phone while in my car. However, the phone was a different phone than associated with my account. The Chase representative said to go back into the branch to get someone to help me. There was no one available in the branch though. What a run around. Bad customer service. Still not resolved.
