        I have asked for a prescription refill to update so I dont have to call every month and wait for the Vet to respond. I will be switching vets bc of this problem that has been on going for a year

        We have moved to AZ, so we dont use Lincoln Petsmart anymore. I loved it when we lived there. We used them for years.

        The front desk staff at the lincoln location are terrible. They are rude, and always look like youre bothering them. Especially the girl with dark brown medium to longish straight brown hair. Shes soooooooooo awful. She was there Monday at about 3 pm in case the management team wants to deal with that. Shes literally so annoyed when you ask to make an appointment or ask ANY questions about anything vet/pet related.
