I needed a receipt to get a rebate. After a month of trying to get a response back to get the receipt the expiration date to apply for the rebate had passed. I’m now trying to reprogram the pump to run in the off hours because the technician programmed it to run at peak hours and my energy bill has gone up considerably. I’ve contacted the company numerous times for help and have gotten no response. Would not recommend this company to anyone!
