Jackie Kirby was our buyers agent for our most recent real estate purchase in 2017. She was highly recommended to us by our selling agent. To make a long story short, Jackie worked very hard for us, the buyers, to get us a great deal and to keep the deal on track during the process with a difficult seller and with our need to sell our property first.
We lived a few hours away from the area where we were looking to move. We came to the area for a few days prepared to see about 5 properties we had coordinated with Jackie. The first property she took us to see was the one we liked the most from our online research and we liked it a lot when she showed it to us. We continued to look at the other properties, some of which were pretty remote. Jackie did fantastic with her AWD vehicle to get us to to the more remote sites. After seeing all the properties we wanted to see, we wound up liking the first one the best. She arranged for us to see that property again the next day and spent the time with us to look at it in great detail. It was a beautiful property, but needed a lot of repairs and upgrades. We put a bid on the house and a small retainer because we still needed to sell our property. This is where Jackies experience really paid off greatly for us. It took us a little longer than expected to sell our property. Meanwhile, Jackie kept the seller informed of our status and calm that the deal was still going to happen. In addition, she was able to get the price down after the home inspection report was complete and our observations revealed expensive issues we would have to address immediately. The bottom line is that we highly recommend Jackie as a buyers agent. She is fantastic!
