Children's Choice Dental Care

Waited for over 45 minutes for our dentist to come in. She never came I had to take my child and leave because we were there for nearly an hour and we're going to miss our next appointment. And it was just a cleaning.

It's a shame I have to give a low rating. It's the lack of scheduling, and the time efficiency. Always behind and overbooked. If you have a time crunch schedule, this is not the right dentist office for you, because they have never been on time nor have we been in and out. My children sit in the chair waiting for an extended long period of time. Not a good time setting for a "children's" dental office. I gave up ever trying to call the office, I have never been able to get through to speak to anyone. The back staff is friendly. But it is concerning how dirty it is as well

From the moment you walk I the setting is created to make kids feel welcome with bright colors, tv and even an arcade racing games. Unfortunately this last visit was very different. I understand that the dentist will rotate through so this could have something to do with the change but things were just off. Literally off. Gaming devices did not work. Line waiting to check in and once back in Operatory we were only given I dental chair for 3 kids to share. Cleaning and X-rays done in timely fashion but then we waited for the dentist for 45 min with not enough seating for all of us. TV where off and as we waited more families came in and where made to do the same as we where. Just not professional at all.
