Bad company to do business with. Beware of false advertising. My almost 1k points were removed without any notice before the end of the year, due to Ulta employee error which Ulta CS refused to acknowledge or do anything with that. After attempting to contact their CS, I can conclude that Ulta doesn't care about customer loyalty. Better find another place to shop or do beauty services, where management is respectful to their clients. Update: FYI this review was posted AFTER direct contact with Ulta guest services. The worst company, and the worst customer service experience ever. I'd add, absurd customer service. Just avoid. Shop Macy's instead, or Nordstrom, companies who appreciate loyalty of their customers.

Very nice experience. Customer service was AWESOME. I asked about product and one of the young ladies looked it up for me. SALTAIR. No space, lol! I signed up for the rewards program.

Would not even give this particular ulta a star however I have to for the rating. I'm extremely sick and tired of dropping the money I do at this store to get treated as poorly as we do. I'm sorry I come in a messy bun and yoga pants as I've been running 4 kids all day, and my husband who looking like he just came from work because to spend money in your store he has to work imagine that. When dressed like that always get treated as if we're stealing. Yet the minute i walk in makeup a decent outfit my 4 kt diamond ring its hi how can we help the difference in treatment id absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. You stare and whisper as we're leaving like we can't see that they treat who they want decent it just speaks highly of the people they have working for them and that they allow this kind of behavior with the employees. Definitely be glad to take my over 100$ visits to another business.
