        this guy Jacob seems biased against minorities. Very poor customer service. They did not want to test my battery even though its under warranty.

        They suck 1 person at the sales counter and couldn't take the time to help people in line because he had to do a commercial account . Well, we took the time to walk in I left I won't go back
