The A/C went out in our rental property in Lincoln. Temperatures were close to 100. I knew I had to get someone over there soon for the family of 8 and small kids. Fortunately, I had home warranty coverage, but the first repair business they assigned didn't even answer their phone and their reviews were poor. So, I called back and they assigned Energy Experts. Thomas answered the first time and made it over there the next day. I needed a complete condenser and coil replacement ($10 - 12K). Even with the Warranty paperwork and approval process, Energy Experts did the install in 3 days. That's phenomenal. Tenants are cool and happy, and so are we. My AC broke down and my Home Insurance referred me to Energy Experts Inc. Thomas was quick to call me and set up an appointment for an assessment of the situation right away. Upon investigation they found out some major problems with my heat pump and the AC unit. They placed a work order with my home insurance and kept me updated on the approval process of the work order. Bryan and Ryan from Energy Experts Heating Inc were assigned to carry out the repair and maintenance problems. They arrived on time and upon opening the heat pump found the whole system covered in dirt and gunk which was causing the whole unit to perform under lot of pressure which also was not letting the house cool down below 78 degrees. Since the cleaning was not covered by the insurance and I had to pay it out of pocket they offered to do it for free for my special needs medically fragile child. I'm truly grateful for their help in kindness. I highly recommend Energy Experts Inc for thier efficient, reliable and professional services with a very caring and friendly understanding staffs. Thank you Energy Experts Inc. You guys are the best.

I don't have anything bad about the staff, as they were never allowed to start or complete installing a new heating/air conditioning system at my residence, but the owner is the worst. Brian is a liar, con-man, and if he is dealing with a home warranty company...... he will do his best to try to milk the insurance and consumer for more money to do a simple job. He will lie about the insurance company being late on providing the replacement products, even though I have email and receipts stating they are awaiting pick up. What he is really doing is pushing people using a home warranty/insurance provider further down the schedule as per his words, he doesn't make a lot of money, and rather work with regular customers. He has pretty much wasted 2 months, in the middle of summer, while myself and the company could have used another contractor to replace my system. Fidelity has assured me they will not use him in the Rancho Murieta or surrounding Sacramento areas as they have gotten several complaints. Do yourself a favor and find a better company. I have documented all communication and will be providing a full report to the BBB to save consumers from this fraud. To add to my complaint Thomas, I offered Brian 3 different Handyman or sub-contractors to handle his issue of the opening to my attic, on top of the money already aloted as of my out of pocket cost. fidelity has done everything they said they would, and my anger is only with Brian. Who is a liar, and claims I have cussed at him. He is simply inept in his line of work.

Our AC was acting up 2 nights ago so I opened an order with our home warranty. We were lucky that they assigned the job to Energy Experts. I gave him a call and he was able to come out the same day. Thomas showed up a few hours later and was beyond professional and so knowledgeable. With home warranties you sometimes don't get a good company but Energy Experts were are on it. He had the problem diagnosed and sent over the information to the home warranty. We are able to use our AC while he waits for the part to come in. We couldn't have been happier with Thomas and thankful he was able to get out to us the same day. This company should have 10 stars!! They saved us! Thank you so much for your fast response. You all are seriously the BEST Company out there.
