This is the worst experience Ive ever had at a dental office. The dentist Dr. Cheng came into the room, didnt introduce herself, starts digging in my mouth, says I need a deep cleaning and a fill in which will be 1100.00. She didnt explain the procedure at all. She didnt talk to me about my X-rays. She made me feel dehumanized. I said I didnt have the money today so asked if I could just get a regular cleaning ,and they said no. Its like they didnt have a desire to help. Dr cheng never explained my X-rays or the health of my teeth. The staff was rude and short with me when I asked questions. I have a right to ask questions . Its my health. Its like all they cared about was taking my money. The girl who did my X-rays was new and not well trained. I work in the medical field so it was apparent to me. There was a girl training her on what to do but then her manager ( I presume ) yelled at her to come back to the front. So unprofessional. So then the trainee girl is left there to pretend to know how to do X-rays. 45 min later the X-rays were done which after all that werent even explained by the dentist.

When I think of my horrible experience here with this office.I feel theres no way it can possibly be worse..and then it goes over the top. This office should be shut down for so many reasons.. I could go on explaining the horrible treatment the fraud and deceitful things that would leave everybody shocked.. but just imagine the worst then adding some extra.. I said the hell with this...I requested all my medical records. I need my medical records to see exactly what this shady so called dentistry is trying to pull.. they stated that they can't release anything until I go into the office personally and sign a release form of my records which I did..was told no later then 7 days those documents would be emailed to me.. of course it's been over 14 days now and every time I call they hang up or make stories that Grace the manager is not in or is in a meeting or is sick. Grace knows exactly whats going on its her office ..you better release my medical records im going to protest with big signs and a mega phn exposing you for the crooks you are. Attention public anyone who's ever had any dealing with this office if you are a medical patient or dentical patient this office is not supposed to ask not one penny from you. If they ever asked or charged you anything they can be fined and lose their contract with Medi-Cal

If I could put zero stars, I would. Do not go to this place. It is really awful.

The best guess I can make about this office is it must be an intern clinic. They have a heavy turnover of office staff and D.D.S. They don't provide the insurance with enough details about your treatment plan. I don't recommend this clinic.
