        The company built a new sidewalk in front of our house through the City of El Cajon. The built a dirt ramp to connect out home to the street and over the sidewalk. Unfortunately it caused serious damage on our vehicle. The City project Manager explained that Portillo Concrete is responsible and has been informed of the incident and will be liable for ALL damages. But when I called them I got a huge run around, lots of blaming, and mis understanding. They repeatedly refused to take any ownership of the problem and was quick to blame anyone that wasn't them. I am still trying to work with them. But they still won't talk to me without loudly (yelling) talking over me, getting angry and pointing blame at others.
